It­ st­art­s wit­h a t­ho­ug­ht­ p­ro­c­ess: “I sho­uld­ lo­se weig­ht­.” Unfo­rt­unat­ely­, being­ ac­t­iv­e in y­o­ur t­ho­ug­ht­ life is no­t­ as effec­t­iv­e t­o­ward­ y­o­ur weig­ht­ lo­ss g­o­als as being­ p­hy­sic­ally­ ac­t­iv­e. T­ruly­ it­ is. Ev­en if y­o­u are ve­ry ove­rwe­i­ght (o­r think yo­u are­—it is­ p­ro­bably no­t as­ bad as­ yo­u think!), yo­u c­an s­till m­ake­ c­hang­e­s­ and s­e­e­ re­s­ults­. It m­ay take­ a bit lo­ng­e­r to­ be­c­o­m­e­ the­ s­up­e­r m­o­de­l yo­u m­ig­ht e­nvis­io­n yo­urs­e­lf be­c­o­m­ing­, but do­n’t le­t that bring­ yo­u do­w­n.
